• ATTN Cap. does not directly issue any tokens.
• Any tokens associated with ATTN Cap. are launched via a decentralized fair launch protocol.
• Tokens are fan tokens and do not entitle holders to any claim on either the related intellectual property (IP) or any revenue generated by the project.

3. Buyer Beware – Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrencies and tokens are volatile assets subject to a high degree of risk and may be illiquid and difficult to value. You acknowledge that:

(A) You are responsible for conducting your own investigation and evaluation before acquiring, holding, trading, or disposing of any digital assets or tokens.
